Refund policy

Custom and Engraved Items:
Due to the personalized nature of custom-engraved sculptures, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, unless a defect is discovered upon receipt or the item is damaged during transit.

Standard Items:
Standard (non-custom) sculptures may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
