Shipping policy

Handcrafted to Order:
Each SculptTimber piece is individually carved upon receipt of your order. We do not engage in mass production, nor do we stock pre-carved finished products in a warehouse.

As every sculpture is shaped from solid wood using traditional hand-chiseling techniques, meticulously sanded, and finished with natural plant-based wax oil, the process from creation to shipment takes 3–4 weeks. Personalized engraving services are fully integrated into this artisanal crafting process.

Free Worldwide Insured Shipping:
Once the sculpture passes our studio's final quality inspection, it is dispatched via priority air freight.
• Estimated transit time: 7–12 business days (includes end-to-end door-to-door tracking).
• Estimated total timeframe: 4–6 weeks from order placement to delivery.

Bespoke Protective Packaging:
To ensure these heirloom-quality artworks arrive in pristine condition, each sculpture is packaged using custom high-density shock-absorbing foam and a reinforced rigid outer carton.

Shipping Protection:
All shipments come with 100% shipping insurance, covering risks such as loss or damage in transit. An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent once the package leaves our studio. Should the item sustain damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos; we will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund.
